Books and the Library at Roller's Hill

So, as an overview, I think the present idea is that there are 2 kinds of books: Rare, Unique Books & Common, Miscellaneous Books.

Common, miscelaneous books are by themselves just items of intrigue. if you collect a large number of them in a building, however, that building gives you a lore bonus when you are in it assuming you have access to those books. The main building to house books is of course the library in the Roller’s Hill disrict. However, players may choose to house their own collection of books and have their own personal libraries to use however they wish.

Rare, unique books are valuabe by themselves. These books at the very least provide information necessary to complete a quest. Most of these books, however, will have valuable spells in them or recipies for building powerful items and equipment. A single one of these books can boost your glory rating simply by possessing the book. These books can also go into the public library in the Roller’s Hill district where a PC with a high enough lore rating can fetch the book and utilize its secrets. Hopefully, the PC will both be unwilling and unable to steal the book from the library.
